Attributes

  • You are ambitious and a self-starter. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you love to build.
  • You are highly resourceful and adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic environments and tackle challenges with creativity and determination. You excel at finding practical solutions and making things happen, even when resources are limited, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to achieving success.
  • You are a collaborative leader, inspiring others and fostering an environment where team members can succeed. You also lead by example through your own work ethic and showing how to do the job, rather than telling.
  • You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • You are a proactive problem solver. Always looking for innovative solutions to challenges and able to think critically under pressure.
  • You are a skilled communicator. You’re both a great listener and an effective speaker and writer. You are able to deliver undesired outcomes with professional grace just as easily as good news.

  • You are charismatic and empathic. You have a self-assured demeanor and a way of building trusting, dependable relationships with ease.
  • You are accountable, taking ownership of your responsibilities, consistently delivering on commitments, and owning both successes and areas for improvement.

Experience

  • Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
  • Strong financial systems skills, including advanced Excel and Quickbooks.
  • Outstanding quantitative skills.
  • Highly analytical and excited about data analysis and data visualization and driven to maintain a high standard of data quality; you love to examine data, find anomalies and errors, and identify patterns and trends that unlock insights.
