Job Title: Sales + Stylist Intern

Location: LABEL NYC or Los Angeles - Hybrid/Flexible: Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm

Employment Type: Credit for Internship for 8-9 weeks, with potential to turn into a full-time position thereafter completed graduation

Compensation: School credit + commission + stipend


The Sales & Styling Intern at LABEL will play a key role in outbound sales development and appointment setting while gaining hands-on experience in luxury custom clothing and personal styling. 

Interns are expected to conduct outbound cold outreach with the clear goal of booking client appointments, develop confidence in client-facing communication, and learn consultative selling from first touch through in-person appointment. This is not a passive or shadow-only role.

This role is ideal for motivated, sales-driven individuals interested in luxury sales, entrepreneurship, relationship building, and fashion. We are specifically seeking candidates who are currently juniors and will complete their senior year in 2027.

Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Appointment Setting

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects, referral opportunities, and target client segments
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone cold calls with the objective of booking qualified client appointments
  • Own the appointment setting process from initial outreach through confirmed booking
  • Follow up persistently and professionally to convert conversations to scheduled appointments
  • Track all outreach activity, responses, and booked appointments accurately in the CRM
  • Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting expectations
  • Assist in preparing personalized outreach messaging, proposals, and lookbooks to support conversion
  • Learn LABEL’s product assortment, fabrics, and construction options to support sales conversations

Styling Support

  • Shadow and assist in client appointments and fittings with senior clothiers
  • Observe and learn consultative selling, needs discovery, and wardrobe planning
  • Support sales events and preparation for showroom appointments
  • Participate in fabric selection, garment pairing, and look development

Sales Operations & CRM

  • Coordinate appointment prep, and follow-ups between clients and sales reps
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for prospects, outreach activity, and appointments booked
  • Assist with internal reporting on outreach activity, appointment conversion, and performance metrics

Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interest in menswear, fashion, and/or personal styling and luxury retail
  • Comfortable with cold outbound phone outreach and appointment-setting conversations 
  • Google Suite proficiency; CRM experience is a plus
  • Prior retail, showroom, sales, or fashion styling experience is a bonus

This is an entry-level internship reporting to the Sr. Sales Executives, Director of Sales, and Chief Revenue Officer

This internship has the potential to turn into a full-time client-facing position for the right candidate. Interns are eligible to earn commission on any sales that result from appointments they directly book, giving you the opportunity to build both experience and income during your time with us.
